Mi Villa Blanco is the Bodegas Perica’s young white wine, made from grapes Viura from the estate’s own San Juan and Salmuera vineyards in San Asensio (Rioja Alta). The must is obtained following gentle pressing and transferred to stainless steel tanks, where it undergoes natural clarification at a low temperature for 48 hours, with the aim of separating the must from its coarser lees before fermentation begins; the wine is never aged in oak barrels.

Production process
The must, obtained after the grapes have been gently pressed, is transferred to stainless steel tanks to undergo natural clarification at a low temperature in order to prevent alcoholic fermentation (for 48 hours) and to separate the must from its coarser lees.
Once the clear must has been obtained, alcoholic fermentation will take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (16–18°C).
