A signature white wine made from a careful selection of Viura and Verdejo grapes from Finca Olagosa’s own vineyards in San Asensio (Rioja Alta). Lightly pressed to obtain the free-run juice, clarified in stainless steel tanks and macerated with the skins to enhance its aromatic expression. Limited production of 9,420 bottles.

Tasting notes
A pale golden-yellow wine with a powerful, clean and fresh bouquet. The initial impression is very fruity, with notes of pineapple and banana against a backdrop of fennel, giving way later to hints of vanilla and roasted coffee. On the palate, it is sumptuous, fresh and long-lasting, with its fruity character once again coming to the fore in perfect harmony with the toasted oak.

It pairs well with all kinds of fish and seafood, white meats, rice dishes and salads. Ideal for enjoying on its own or with any kind of appetiser

Production process
This wine is made from a careful selection of Viura and Verdejo grapes grown in our own vineyards. After gentle pressing to extract the free-run juice, this is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it undergoes gentle clarification and maceration of the grape skins with the juice itself, in order to extract the maximum aromatic potential.
