Production process
The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard. The bunches arrive in crates at our winery, where they undergo a two-stage selection process—one automated and one manual—after which only the finest grapes are selected to ferment in our French oak vats.
The wine is then aged for six months in new French oak barrels.
