Mi Villa Rosé

This wine is produced using the traditional ‘bleeding’ method, following a brief maceration with the grape skins for approximately six hours. The must is then extracted and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Flavour and texture
A bright, clear wine with a pale pink colour. On the nose, it is straightforward, of medium intensity, with notes of red and citrus fruits. Hints of stone fruits such as peach and apricot. On the palate, there is a balance between the freshness and acidity typical of young wines; it is very fruity, with further hints of stone fruits, and a pleasant, sweet finish.
