The selected nature of this wine of maximum expression conditions its limited annual production volume, which we only make in harvests whose climatology has been very suitable for this purpose and from our best own vineyards of more than 60 years of age.
Intense cherry red colour, clean, with a high robe. Intense and complex aromas. Meaty and round on the palate. In short, it is a very peculiar wine with a unique character.
The Winery
Perica Wineries is a family winery with strong traditional values that dates back to 1912. We have more than 150 hectares of our own vineyards in the best areas of Rioja Alta, thus controlling the total production of our vineyards and the careful winemaking process in the winery.
