Production process
The grapes are harvested by ‘Selected Manual Harvest’ in 10 kg boxes and always at the optimum moment to guarantee perfect alcoholic and phenolic maturation. After the selection in the field, we make another selection before entering the winery by means of a ‘selection table’ in order to keep the best grapes. to keep the best grapes. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in truncated cone-shaped tanks with a capacity of 18,000 litres.
Flavour and texture
Garnet colour with cherry reflections, medium intensity, clean and bright. Good aromatic intensity with a perfect combination of a mixture of juicy red and black fruit. Mineral aromas such as cedar and pleasant notes of oak, cocoa and coffee. In the mouth it is fresh, intense, with good acidity and soft tannin, where again the fruits and the touches of oak are present. It is balanced and fine. A wine with a long finish.
Ideal to accompany
Ideal wine to be enjoyed without accompaniment or with stews, sausages, vegetable stews, and with all types of meat.
