Production process
The grapes from our Viña Olagosa and Salmuera estates, located in the municipality of San Asensio in La Rioja Alta, arrive at the winery where they are gently pressed. After a cold maceration for 24 hours, the clean must is fermented in new French oak barrels. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is kept in contact with its lees in the barrels for at least three months.
Flavour and texture
Very attractive and bright straw yellow colour, nose with good fruit expression, notes of pineapple and apple with hints of its fermentation in wood such as coconut and vanilla. The palate is silky, full and fruity. The wood is well wrapped, a creamy and round wine that maintains its balance with the fruit and acidity.

Ideal for marinating seafood, fish, all types of rice dishes, pasta and any type of appetizer.
