Production process
Hand-harvested into crates. Grapes are sorted at our facilities using conveyor belts and the most innovative systems. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 6,500-litre French oak vats, where malolactic fermentation also occurs. Ageing in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels for 24–28 months, combining new 225-litre barrels of French oak and Eastern oak. Bottle ageing for at least 18 months prior to release.
