Production process
Once the grapes have been harvested at their peak of ripeness, alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation will take place in French oak vats.
Aged in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels made from American oak and Eastern oak for 16–18 months. Aged in the bottle for at least 6 months before release.
