Production process
The finest bunches are hand-selected from our vineyards in Rioja Alta and harvested with the utmost care into small crates.
Inside the winery, the grapes undergo rigorous selection checks before being transferred to small French oak vats, where pre-fermentation maceration takes place for 24 hours at a temperature of between 5°C and 7°C.
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation will take place in the same French oak vats. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12–14 months and then rounded off in the bottle in our cellars for at least 10 months before being released onto the market.
