Vino tinto de autor elaborado con Tempranillo 100%, procedente de seis parcelas propias de Rioja Alta: Zaco (Haro), Olagosa (San Asensio), Galzarra y Rodezno. Doble selección de la uva, fermentación en tinas de roble francés y crianza de seis meses en barrica nueva. Producción limitada de 13.000 botellas.
Tasting notes
An intense reddish-purple colour typical of a young wine. On the nose, notes of red fruit blend harmoniously with spicy and toasty aromas. On the palate, it has a powerful attack characterised by its structure which, combined with soft tannins, ensures a long and pleasant finish.
Pairing suggestions
This wine is ideal for drinking on its own or with cold meats, meat dishes or cheese.

Production process
The grapes are carefully selected in the vineyard. The bunches arrive in crates at our winery, where they undergo a two-stage selection process—one automated and one manual—after which only the finest grapes are selected to ferment in our French oak vats.
The wine is then aged for six months in new French oak barrels.
