Production process
Pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with light pumping over in stainless steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 24ºC to preserve and extract the maximum primary aromas. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Flavour and texture
Bright cherry red colour with violet tinges. The nose is frank and clean, with intense fruity aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant and banana. Fresh and lively on the palate, very pleasant and long, leaving intense hints of red fruit.
Ideal to accompany
Starters. Pasta, rice dishes, salads. White meats (poultry) and light cheeses.
Alcoholic strength
13-13,5% vol.
Varieties
Tempranillo (mostly) and Garnacha.
