Production process
After gentle pressing, the highest quality must is obtained. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and preservation of the primary aromas, fruity and floral, typical of the variety.
Flavour and texture
Bright pale yellow colour with greenish notes on the rim. On the nose the aromas are floral, mixed with white fruit such as pear and green apple. Pleasant and fresh on the palate, due to a perfect balance between structure and acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste that reminds us of freshness and youth.
Ideal to accompany
Ideal for marinating seafood, fish, all types of rice, pasta and any type of appetizer.
Alcoholic strength
12,5-13% vol.
Varieties
White wine made from the following grape varieties viura (majority), verdejo and tempranillo blanco.
