Production process
After gentle pressing, the highest quality must is obtained. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which facilitates the extraction and preservation of the primary aromas, fruity and floral, typical of the variety.
Flavour and texture
Lemon yellow colour with greenish reflections. Very expressive aroma with intense and fresh citrus aromas, such as lime, grapefruit and green apple. Intense fruit flavours, balanced acidity that gives it great freshness. Smooth and harmonious, full-bodied and long-lasting. Long and persistent finish, very fresh.
