Perica Viña Olagosa Crianza
Production process
Once the grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness from our vineyards located in the Rioja Alta, both fermentations take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing in 225 litre Bordeaux barrels of American oak and Eastern oak for 12-16 months. Our crianza will remain in the bottle for the appropriate time before its release to the market.
Flavour and texture
Medium-high intensity garnet colour, clean and bright. On the nose it maintains its youth with aromas of red fruit, strawberry, cherry and dairy touches, assembled with the aromas of its ageing in wood such as vanilla, coffee and tobacco. Sweet on the palate, with body and medium-high acidity, soft tannin that gives it length and persistence. The fruit and the ageing in the mouth are also very present.

Ideal for vegetables, stews, meats, roasts, game and all kinds of cheeses.
Alcoholic strength
13,5-14% vol.
Varieties
Tempranillo (mostly), Garnacha and Mazuelo.
