Production process
Wine made from a select blend of different varieties of white grapes, all planted in vineyards in Rioja Alta. After a light pressing and cold maceration for 24 hours, the clean must is fermented in new French oak barrels. French oak barrels. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is kept in contact with its lees in the barrels for at least three months.
Flavour and texture
Bright straw yellow colour. Good nose, very frank and complex where we find aromas of pear and apple, perfectly assembled with the toasted aromas of the oak. In the mouth, it has an unctuous and fresh sensation, with a persistent finish, resulting in a long and pleasant drink. Overall, it is a fresh and balanced wine.

Appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, fish and smoked meats, rice dishes, salads...
