Cold pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in French oak vats and ageing for 12\u201314 months in oak barrels, followed by at least 10 months in bottle in the cellar\u2019s cellars. Limited production of 20,000 bottles.<br \/>\n<strong>Tasting notes<\/strong><br \/>\nDeep ruby in colour, clear and of medium-high intensity. The nose is very intense; the initial impression is spicy, with hints of pepper, liquorice and cocoa standing out against a backdrop of ripe black fruit.
