  • Selected after a manual harvest, the beans are transported to the winery in boxes of 10 kilos, to ferment in French oak vats of 6500 liters. Aging accours in 225 liters bordeux barred for 28 month, combining new French and east oak barrels. Ends the process of aging in bottle for at least 36 month.
  • Ruby with brick rim. Intense and complex aroma. Tasty in the mouth, polished tannins and good length.
