Wine made from a careful selection of grapes from the Viura and Verdejo varieties. After a light pressing in which the must is obtained, it passes to light stainless steel tanks where the maceration of the skins of the grapes with the must itself is performed in order to get the maximum potential aroma. Once this process is taken, the must does the alcoholic fermentation in new French oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for approximately four months..
Golden yellow pale wine, powerful, clean and fresh nose, very fruity first sensation with notes of pineapple and banana on a fennel background, giving way to notes of vanilla and roasted. The palate is creamy, fresh and long, which again will highlight its fruity character in perfect harmony with the toasted wood.
